How it works at our office

  1. We check your documents

    We look at what you have and tell you if anything seems to be missing, before any form is filled.

  2. We fill the online form with you

    You sit with us while the form is filled on the official portal. You check every detail before it is submitted.

  3. Government fee is paid online

    Any government fee is paid on the official portal and you get the official receipt.

  4. You go to your appointment

    Carry your original documents. The passport office completes its own checks.

Are you a passport office?

No. Galaxy Documents is a private help centre. We only help you fill and submit the form on the official Passport Seva website. You can also apply yourself on passportindia.gov.in.

Can you get my passport without me going to the passport office?

No. You must go to your appointment in person. Nobody can do that part for you.

What is the passport fee?

The fee is set by the passport office and shown on the Passport Seva website at the time of applying. It is paid online on the official site.

How long will it take?

It depends on the passport office and police verification. We cannot promise any date.
