Galaxy Documents is a private business at C-106, Shanti Shopping Centre, opposite Mira Road railway station, Mira Road East, Maharashtra 401107.

We are not part of, and not approved by, any government department — including Passport Seva, UIDAI (Aadhaar), the Income Tax Department, the Registration Department, Aaple Sarkar or any municipal corporation. We only name these offices to explain where a form is sent.

We help you fill forms on official government websites, with your permission.

We help you check which documents to bring.

We help you write agreements, affidavits and similar papers from the details you give us.

You can also apply on the official websites yourself. Our charge is only for our help. It does not get you any priority or approval from any government office.

We do not give legal advice. For legal advice, please speak to an advocate.

Only the government office decides if your application is approved, delayed or rejected. This includes police verification where needed.

We cannot promise any result, date or time.

Website problems, rule changes, fee changes and extra document requests are not in our control.

Government fees are set by the government and paid on the official website. You get the official receipt.

Our service charge is for our help. We tell you the amount before we start.

Once a form is submitted or a document is prepared, our service charge is not refunded.

Any refund of government fees depends only on that government office’s rules.

All documents and details you give must be true, correct and your own (or you must have the right to act for the other person).

You must check every detail — name, date, address, spelling — before the form is submitted. Once you confirm, it is final.

You must go in person wherever the government office asks, such as a passport appointment or police verification.

Keep your receipts and track your application on the official website.

If there is a problem because of wrong, missing or false details or documents, you are responsible for it.

We will not work with fake, changed or someone else’s documents, or for any wrong purpose. If we find this, we stop the work and no refund is given. We may inform the authorities if the law requires it.

We can refuse any work, for example if the needed documents are not available.

Some websites send an OTP to your mobile. We use it only with your permission, only for your form. Never share an OTP with anyone you do not trust.

Any account made on a government website is yours. Please change its password after your work is done.

We are not responsible for decisions or delays of any government office, rule or fee changes, website problems, courier or post delays, or problems caused by the details you gave.

For any work, the most we are responsible for is the service charge you paid us for that work.

Please take back all your original documents before you leave our office.

These terms follow the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts at Thane, Maharashtra.
